Playland Apartments

This project located at the southwest corner of San Pablo Avenue and Jefferson Street is 1.3 miles from Bart Station near Safeway shopping center. This is a mixed-use multi-family housing project with 50 units. The five story building has 2,997 square feet of ground floor commercial uses and 50 residential units on the upper four floors. The units are comprised of Studios, One, Two, and Three bedroom apartments with a total of 36 parking spaces available for tenants. This is a podium style building with Type IA concrete structure below and Type VA wood framed construction above. The developer for this project is our client and partner Kevin Wang of Wang Brothers Investments, LLC. The plans have been approved and we expect to break ground in late 2018.
