Biotech City
Global I.N. has secured a 125-acre site on the Jimo coastline directly in the Qingdao Province, situated in China’s Blue Silicon Valley.
Our 125-acre Biotech City would accommodate approximately 1 million square meters of buildings, including offices, commercial, industrial, and residential. The land purchase is in contract and the biotech city is in the planning phase. Total investment to develop this project, we estimate, to be approximately 1 Billion USD.
In addition to the focus on Biotech City, the development would include high-end residential properties and possibly five-star hotels to accommodate the influx of residents and tourists given the Oriental Movie Metropolis, Menaul School, and surrounding attractions of the seaside city. In this case, we may also include high-end residential, due to the extremely high demand this component would generate. Qingdao is rapidly becoming a world-class destination for tourists as well as wealthy Chinese, and the current demand for high-end residential is tremendous.
The brain child for the Biotech City is our client Sanjeev Saxena, founder of Actis Biologics and named by Inc. magazine as one of the eight most influencial people in the Bay Area. Our partners in the project include Sanping Yuan of Samuels Commercial and Industrial Co. Ltd. as well as the Chinese government.

Sanjeev Saxena
Sanjeev Saxena is an experienced International Entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in all aspects of a Life Science companies operations from, Engineering to Manufacturing to Sales and Marketing to Finance. He is the founder of POC Medical Systems a Medical Device company in Livermore, California (San Francisco bay area). He has cofounded several Biotech and Medical device companies. He has successfully sold and taken companies public.
Sanjeev was the recipient of the prestigious “Udhog Lagu” award in India and “The European Science” award in the UK. He was featured in Business World, Business India, Entrepreneur, and Inc. Magazine for his contribution to medical science. He has also been listed as the Top 50 Most Social Innovators by Silicon Review Magazine and as the Top 20 Speakers by Forbes magazine. Sanjeev has been listed in Insight Success Magazine as the ‘Entrepreneur Of The Month’ and is among the 30 most creative CEO’s to watch. He was awarded the title of ‘The most Innovative CEO’s of 2018’ by CV Magazine. Sanjeev was featured as part of the Top 20 Healthcare Transformers of 2018 by Medical Marketing & Media Magazine and by Frost and Sullivan.
Sanping Yuan
Sanping Yuan, is our local Chinese partner, and is CEO of Qingdao Samuels Commercial and Industrial Co. Ltd. Sanping is the #1 property developer in Qingdao.
He has been involved in major developments from golf courses to high rises and has been responsible for shaping the skyline of Qingdao. He has developed over 1.5 million square meters of commercial, office and residential buildings as well as construction of infrastructure such as freeways, bridges and interchanges.
Mr. Sanping Yuan has served as Qingdao city CPPCC member, director of the Institute of Bio engineering Society, Marine Biological Engineering Committee China Marine Association executive director and other social positions. It is also important to note that Sanping is a pioneer in the biotech field in China. He owns a biotech firm involved in producing antibodies for cancer research from transgenic goats through their milk. He has close ties with the local government and is prepared to assist us in any way he is able.
