This project located at the southwest corner of San Pablo Avenue and Alameda Avenue is 1.3 miles from Bart Station near a Safeway shopping center. This five story mixed-use building will have 2,298 square feet of commercial area with 85 residential units in the upper four floors. These units will be comprised of Studios, One, and Two bedroom apartments with 54 parking spaces.

This proposed project utilizes off-site modular construction systems on the upper floors of wood framing over a first story concrete podium assembly. The site is within the TOMIMU zoning district, and plan has submitted to City of El Cerrito for design review.

The developer for this project is our client and partner Kevin Wang of Wang Brothers Investments, LLC.
