Ballard Hub

The Ballard Hub is a proposed 6-story 119,533 SF mixed-use development featuring 200 apartment units with 5,572 SF of retail. The project is situated between Fremont and Lake Washington Ship Canal which has become a diverse urban hub in Seattle, Washington.

The developer for this project is our client and partner Kevin Wang of Wang Brothers Investments, LLC. The total estimated cost is $45.1 million which includes land acquisition.
