Mike Wahba

President, Global I.N. Inc.

In 2007, Mike Wahba established Global I.N. Inc., a boutique, family owned Real Estate Investment Corporation based in the Bay Area with contacts in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. An entrepreneur from an early age, Mr. Wahba started his first business during his freshman year at the University of California in Berkeley. After completing his studies he pursued his business interests by establishing and operating an international trade company where he first developed his interest and contacts in international real estate and investment banking. In 1985 he founded his first real estate company in California dealing in commercial acquisition, finance and syndication.

Nicholas Bouri

Executive Assistant, Global I.N. Inc.

Nicolas Bouri is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with more than 15 years of experience in innovation, premium client services, business development, and operational leadership. In 2020, he founded Covid Clean, serving as President and CEO, to support worldwide pandemic mitigation efforts, with foundational research published and shared publicly. Earlier, he developed deep expertise in the luxury automotive industry, mastering high-touch client engagement, consultative strategies, and delivering exceptional, tailored outcomes for sophisticated clientele. A graduate of St. Cloud State University with a solid grounding in physics and executive management, Mr. Bouri brings innovative problem-solving and an unwavering dedication to integrity, privacy, and exceeding expectations.

Janice Tsao

Janice Tsao brings over ten years of experience in Graphic Design to her role at Global I.N. Inc. A graduate of the California Institute of the Arts, with a strong background in brand development and strategic marketing, she creates compelling materials that position commercial real estate properties with clarity and impact.
